The reception crew looked absolutely beginner, so it took an hour to get the key to my room (here card), which was very annoying.

We explored Schönbrunn Palace and indulged in local cuisine at a wine tavern. The place was perfect for our group vacation, with clean and spacious rooms. The subway made it super easy to reach all the tourist spots. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and convenience while adventuring.
One downside was the lack of English-speaking channels on the TV in our room. It was a minor inconvenience during our downtime.

It is reasonably priced. The breakfast is amazing with bacon, cosy atmosphere, meat, and the service is good. I enjoyed welcoming and exceptional personnel that ensures guests have an excellent stay.

Consider requesting a room with good window ventilation, especially during warm weather, as some air conditioning units may not function adequately.

It was the perfect location for our purposes. It was so clean and the beds were really comfy. There was so much storage space in the room too.It was excellent value for money and the staff were very helpful when we needed to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checking out. We will definately be back.
I needed a cup of tea one evening and the bar had run out of ordinary black tea bags, which seemed ridiculous in a hotel. Also, service was slow at the bar because the member of staff had to also cover reception, but that wasn't their fault. It was still fine.

The hotel is new so very fresh and nice. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. Room design is very modern and advance. Breakfast was satisfactory. Nice lobby with room for kids. Great value for money overall.
Complicated Wi-Fi connection, you need to have local cell number to sigh and get passcode, the international numbers did not work (we try three different), although after asking several times we were given someone else passcode, but anyway it is too complicated. The location is a bit remote and area more like a suburb with constrictions around and abandoned buildings but subway is 10 min walk and easy to navigate.

free car park in hotel and a great atmosphere in hotel. So the room was very clean and comfort with nice design. The bathroom and toilet were very clean with engineered design.
If you want to go to city centre you have to spend almost 2 Euro per person for each trip it means totally 4 Euro for each person for a return ticket from hotel. And so for internet access you have to have a cell phone of Austria to connect to the wifi, although, the hotel staff helped me to use of intrenet.
